Right Of Refusal
We (A.G.A.S. Manufacturing Group) reserve the right to refuse, at our own discretion, service and/or products to any person or organization whose requested text and/or graphics we deem to be offensive in any way. This includes, but is not limited to the following types of content: pornographic, sexually suggestive, profane, offensive, hate-group related, defamatory, racist, and/or content which may breach the intellectual property rights of a third party.

All Custom Made orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.

Custom printed flags have a 10-15 business day production time

Rush orders are available, a rush charge may be appicable.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned stock orders plus shipping costs.
