Ordering & Minimums

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. AGAS Manufacturing has no minimum order quantity on any product. You can order as few as 1 custom flag, banner, pennant, car flag, table cover, or promotional item. This applies across all product categories.
Can I order just one custom flag?
Yes. You can order a single custom flag in any size and with any design. There is no setup fee penalty for small orders. Our production process handles single units as efficiently as bulk orders.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for orders of 25 units or more on most products. Contact sales@agasmfg.com with your product, quantity, and design requirements for a custom quote.
Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. AGAS Manufacturing ships to all 50 US states and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Contact us for a shipping estimate on Canadian orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your order) to monitor your delivery.
Where is AGAS Manufacturing located?
AGAS Manufacturing Group is located at 2701 E Tioga Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19134. We have operated from this facility since 2001 and handle all production, printing, and order fulfilment on site.
Templates & Artwork Guidelines

What file format do I need for my artwork?
Vector files are preferred — AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG, or PDF. Raster files (PNG, JPG, TIFF) are accepted at a minimum of 300 DPI at full print size. If your file is lower resolution, our graphics team will contact you before production.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes. AGAS has an in-house graphics team that can assist with design setup, artwork cleanup, and basic logo creation. Contact sales@agasmfg.com to discuss your design requirements and any applicable fees.
Can I get a proof before production starts?
Yes. A digital proof is provided for all custom orders before production begins. You will need to approve the proof in writing before we proceed. Proof turnaround is typically 1 to 2 business days.
How do I use the design tool?
Our online design tool allows you to create and customize your product with text, images, and colors. Simply:
- Select your product.
- Click “Start Designing”.
- Upload your artwork or use our templates.
- Adjust text, colors, and positioning.
- Preview your design before checkout.

Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. AGAS Manufacturing Group is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and all products are printed or manufactured in the USA. We have been a US-based manufacturer since 2001.
What is the standard size for a motorcycle flag?
The standard motorcycle flag size is 6×9 inches. This fits most standard motorcycle flag poles and is the most common size for everyday riding, parades, and awareness displays. A larger 12×18 inch size is also available for events and rallies requiring greater visibility.
What is the difference between wool and acrylic felt pennants?
Wool felt pennants are heavier with a premium traditional texture, preferred for display, schools, and collectibles. Acrylic felt pennants are lighter, more durable, and lower cost — better for high-volume promotional use and DIY printing projects. Both types are available blank or custom printed.
What size windsock do I need?
An 18-inch windsock is suitable for farms, driveways, and light commercial use. A 24-inch windsock works well for car dealerships, construction sites, and medium commercial facilities. A 36-inch windsock meets FAA recommendations for private airstrips and aviation wind indication.
What are rally towels used for?
Rally towels are handheld promotional towels used at sports events, concerts, corporate events, and political rallies. Fans wave them to show team support. Businesses use them as branded giveaways. Standard sizes are 11×18 and 15×18 inches.

How long does it take to get custom flags printed?
Standard production time for custom flags and banners is 2 to 3 weeks after artwork approval. Production time for stock or semi-stock items (blank pennants, blank car flags, accessories) is 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush production is available on select products and quantities. Contact us at (866) 269-3524 or sales@agasmfg.com before placing your order to confirm rush availability and lead time for your specific item.
When does my production time start?
Your production time starts on the business day after your artwork is approved. If you submit artwork that requires revisions, the clock starts after the final revision is approved. We send a digital proof for all custom orders before production begins.
