Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 weeks.
- Custom products may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.
- Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 weeks
- Expedited Shipping: As per discussion
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.
Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- Customers can track their orders on our website or the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some international destinations may have additional customs requirements.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Custom Products:
- Due to the personalized nature of custom banners, flags, table covers, stick flags, and car flags, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-Custom Products:
- Non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & Replacements:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
- Replacements for defective items will be issued at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted if production has already begun.
